Cancellation Policy

Please communicate asap if your schedule has changed and you need to shuffle or cancel your appointment. Im happy to work it out with you. I prefer at least 24hrs notice. If there is no contact and no show you will be banned from booking with me online and possibly in the future. Please text or call if you are running late. I appreciate the heads up. If you are 15 minutes late or more I may need to cancel our appointment as to not disrupt my next clients appointment time. You may be charged a percentage of that missed appointment to book with me in the future.
